It is with great sadness that we announce Samara Christy died peacefully in her sleep April 21, 2018 in Hollywood, FL. She had suffered a debilitating stroke two years before but had courageously persevered to get back to a “normal” life and practicing her work full-time in helping people heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Samara was an inspiration to all even throughout that extremely challenging period of her life.
We accept it was Samara’s time to move on — now she is in The Light, whole and healthy, and filled with peace and joy.

Most ailments are linked to the lymphatic system and a compromised immune system. The most logical means for pathogens to be eliminated from our body is through the Lymphatic System.
Benefits of Lymph Drainage Therapy include:
- Assisting in weight loss
- Reducing edema, and
- Removing pathogens.
What do you need to know about Lymph Drainage Therapy?
The lymphatic system plays a vital role in the body’s immunity. It is a complex network of fluid-filled tubes that continuously bathes our cells and then carries away the body’s “sewage” – toxins, waste products of metabolism, globules of fat, excess liquid – to filters called lymph nodes, where harmful substances are trapped and neutralized.
The body contains three times more lymph fluid than blood. However, while blood has a pump – the heart – to keep it moving, lymph must be pumped by the movement of our muscles. The less we move, the more stagnant the lymph system becomes.
Other factors – such as illness, chemicals and pesticides in food, pollution – can also overload and stall the lymph system. And then, there’s everyday stress that can shut down the lymphatic flow.
With today’s sedentary lifestyles, pollution, constipation, and diets low in nutrients and high in fats, sugars, additives and preservatives, our lymphatic system becomes overloaded, congested, and clogged.
80% of overweight women have sluggish lymphatic systems according to new research.
Getting the lymphatic system running smoothly again is the key to easy weight loss and feeling great.
Many experts believe that a lazy lymphatic system is directly connected to the formation of cellulite because backed up fluid ‘sticks’ to fat cells.
